So you want to know about me? Well, here's a brief overview, oh curious one.

My name’s Alec, I’m 22 and although I lived most of my life in England, I recently moved back to Canada, the country of my birth.  Less recently, I graduated from Chester University with a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in psychology. With graduation and further though, I'm now considering heading into the world of web design, though the feasibility of that remains to be seen.

Despite being a psychologist, I’ve always had an interest in computers, both in gaming and how they work and function. It is because of this interest that this site even exists. During my degree, I combined these two interests somewhat, and my specialist area of psychology is that of IT psychology.

My other interests include music, reading and various sports. In regards to music, I listen, play and occasionally write. Primarily I play guitar, though I have played many other instruments throughout my life (saxophone being a prominent one). As far as books are concerned, I mainly read sci-fi and fantasy, though also thriller, such as Michael Crichton (may he rest in peace). Finally, sports. I play badminton whenever I can, kayak occasionally and ski when the season allows for it. As for being a spectator, I enjoy watching rugby and ice hockey . I wish I had more opportunities to participate in archery and white water rafting though. Maybe that’ll come with time.
